When to watch and when to practise

A gentler way to choose between watching, practising and reflecting.

See where to begin ↓

Ask what feels possible

Some moments invite participation. Others ask for less. A visual practice gives you something to try; a guided film lets you follow an experience as it unfolds.

Watching can be a beginning

The first visual journey explains letting go using a familiar situation: waiting for an important reply. Narration and readable words explain the difference between your action and another person’s response. You can pause and replay any part.

Practise when you want to

If an idea stays with you, an interactive exercise can give it somewhere to go. Try the letting-go tiles, rest your attention on a landscape, or take a moment with your breath. A written reflection is optional.
